Life can be overwhelming - therapy gives you a space to exhale, be seen, feel safe, and be understood.
Through online therapy sessions, you can explore how to unlearn harmful beliefs, boost motivation, improve relationships, and reconnect with your values.
If you’re looking for a balanced approach - one that is compassionate but direct, empathic yet focused - we’ll likely be a great fit.
If you're ready to feel less anxious, more accountable, less confused, and more empowered, reach out today.
The first step is often the hardest - we offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions and ensure the fit feels right.
We provide ongoing individual and couples therapy for adults, teens, and adolescents, talk therapy and somatic and dance/movement therapy, and gender-affirming letters to support access to hormone therapy or gender-affirming surgery.
Our team offers virtual therapy for residents of Illinois and Massachusetts.

Could We Be the Right Fit for You?
If you’re ready to explore patterns, get unstuck, and have a space where you can just be yourself - we’re here to support you.
While we help with a range of concerns (like trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction), we’re especially a good fit if:
You’re in recovery and want nonjudgmental, compassionate accountability
You’re ready to set intentional goals and take steps toward self-growth
You’re curious about the mind-body-spirit connection and open to holistic therapy
Our Approach: Empowering, Active Therapy to Help You Move Forward
Our therapy style focuses on helping you create real change by identifying what’s working - and what’s not. Sessions may draw from traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, or dance/movement therapy, depending on your goals and preferences.
We aim to co-create your healing process with you.
That means combining warm, safe support with honest feedback and actionable steps. We want you to feel seen and supported, but also challenged in the ways that matter.
Our approach is more active than passive - while we’re always here to listen, we’re just as focused on helping you take aligned action.
We’ll work together to rewrite your story, reconnect with your body and values, and build the life you want to live.

FAQs
-
Welcome! Reaching out for support can feel scary and vulnerable - we’re proud of you for taking the first step. Whether you're exploring virtual therapy in Illinois or seeking virtual therapy in Massachusetts , we’re here when you’re ready.
We’ll begin with a complimentary 10–15 minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll ask a few questions about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. At a minimum, we’ll want to ensure outpatient therapy is the right level of care for you.
This call is also your opportunity to ask questions - about our approach, therapy in general, virtual sessions, or anything you saw on our website.
We’ll also go over logistics like availability, how virtual sessions work, payment details, and whether you’d like a monthly superbill to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
-
Maybe! We are a self-pay therapy practice, but we’re happy to provide a superbill each month that you can submit to your insurance company. Many of our clients are able to get partial reimbursement for sessions, depending on their out-of-network mental health benefits.
We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about coverage for out-of-network behavioral health services. You’re also welcome to use your HSA or FSA card.
Please note: missed appointments and late cancellations (within 24 hours of your session) are not eligible for reimbursement and will still be charged.
-
Our practice is currently 100% virtual, meaning all sessions are held via secure telehealth. Whether you're seeking therapy in Chicago or anywhere in Illinois or Massachusetts, we offer the flexibility to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable - as long as you’re in a private, confidential space. (Some clients even join from parked cars!)
While we are based in Illinois and licensed in Illinois and Massachusetts, we can also provide recovery coaching services to individuals located in other states or countries. If you’re located in a different state, you may be eligible for recovery coaching. Book a call to find out!
-
Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) is a body-based, somatic approach to therapy that integrates the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. It can be as active or as subtle as you’d like. In a session, this might look like mindful movement, breathwork, body awareness exercises, or talking through how emotions show up physically.
It’s not about dancing well or performing - it’s about getting to know your body’s wisdom, reconnecting with yourself, and exploring how movement can support emotional and mental health. If movement isn’t your thing or you feel unsure, no worries! Every session is adapted to your comfort level and therapeutic goals.
-
Most clients begin with weekly therapy sessions, which helps build momentum and trust. Depending on your goals, progress, and life circumstances, we may adjust frequency to every other week or another cadence that works for you.
-
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. If you’re interested in a longer session to explore something in depth, we can discuss scheduling extended sessions.
-
We draw from a variety of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic and trauma-informed approaches, and somatic therapy like Dance/Movement Therapy. We’ll tailor our approach to your goals and preferences.
-
Absolutely. Therapy can be a valuable part of your overall care plan, and we’re happy to coordinate (with your consent) with other providers like psychiatrists, primary care doctors, movement therapists, or life coaches to support your healing.
