About Ashantis
Who Am I?
I’m Ashantis Jones (she/they) — I’m a Master’s level counselor, coach, personal trainer, educator, & digital creator. I’m a queer, cis-Black woman with AuDHD & fibromyalgia who is passionate about body respect.
Whether this is the beginning of your recovery journey or not, I’m hopeful that our time together will help you start to live with purpose and intention. Everyone’s journey is different since we all have different lived experiences and life goals.
As a therapist and coach, my goal is to provide you with the support, education, and resources you need to achieve your goals. This means you will always be in the driver's seat and should be ready to commit to being your own biggest cheerleader.
Utilizing pillars of intersectional and person-centered therapeutic approaches, we will focus on how you can foster self-love and healing.
In my free time you can find me resting (gotta recharge my spoons!) and enjoying time with my loved ones.
My Approach
My approach is focused on the mind and body — integrating the mental and physical for overall wellbeing.
My goal is to help you uncover the tools you need to support your holistic health and ensure you feel purpose in doing so.
Together we can identify your pain points and find ways to utilize self-love to create intention as you move forward.
We may be a good fit if you are focused on navigating body respect, eating concerns, career-based trauma, or how to navigate systems of oppression.
I’m LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Weight Neutral affirming, sex work and polyamory allied, and work through an intersectional lens.
