About Hannah

Who Am I?

I’m Hannah Conner, LCPC (she/her)—a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, mental performance and recovery coach, and creative.

As a recreational and endurance athlete, dancer, and someone on my own recovery journey, I understand firsthand the mental and emotional challenges that come with high performance, injury, and major life transitions.

I specialize in working with athletes, high achievers, and individuals with OCD, anxiety, and trauma - helping them navigate performance pressure, injury recovery, and identity shifts.

Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, burnout, or the uncertainty of a major transition, I provide therapy and coaching tailored to your unique experience.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on identifying your existing skills, developing new coping strategies, and fostering long-term resilience. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support and guide you in reclaiming confidence and self-compassion, beyond societal expectations and external validation.

In my free time, I stay active, catch up on reality TV, and spend time with my dog, Buddy (who might make an appearance in our virtual sessions!).

My Approach: Strengthening Mental Resilience & Navigating Life’s Transitions

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and mental performance coaching, helping you build the skills and confidence needed for long-term emotional resilience.

In our work together, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be holding you back.

Whether you're an athlete recovering from injury, an individual struggling with OCD or anxiety, or someone navigating a major life transition, I will help you develop practical coping strategies, healthy thought patterns, and sustainable mental wellness practices.

My goal is to empower you with a personalized mental health toolkit - one that fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to manage challenges with confidence.
