Coaching

We offer a few different types of coaching, depending on your needs.

Recovery & Mental Health Coaching may be a fit for those who have a history of anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or substance use and are looking for support as they navigate their healing journey.

DBT Skills Coaching is a more specific type of coaching and may be helpful for those who are feeling overwhelmed by their emotions and could use support with mindfulness, relationships, emotional regulation, and coping skills.

Sport & Mental Performance Coaching may be a fit for athletes or other performers who need support with their mindset or want to improve their performance.

Body Image Coaching may be a fit for those who are ready to create a loving relationship with their bodies and are looking for support along that journey.
