Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jayme Kelton (she/her) —Dance/Movement Therapist and Mental Health Coach passionate about helping individuals of all ages heal, grow, and thrive through movement therapy, creative expression, and emotional connection.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, and providing compassionate support to individuals affected by addiction, anxiety, emotional distress, and other mental health challenges.

My approach is centered around the belief that somatic therapy and creative movement allow clients to reconnect with their bodies, process deep emotions, and build healthier coping strategies for life’s challenges.

Whether you’re seeking to overcome trauma, manage anxiety, or deepen emotional self-awareness, my therapeutic approach supports your journey toward emotional healing and personal empowerment.

When I’m not working, you can find me dancing, raising two fantastic humans, and traveling to new places!
