About Jayme

Who Am I?

I’m Jayme Kelton, a Dance/Movement Therapist and Mental Health Coach with a passion for helping individuals of all ages heal through movement, creativity, and emotional connection.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, and supporting individuals affected by addiction, anxiety, and emotional distress.

My approach is rooted in the belief that movement and creative expression can help people reconnect with themselves, process their emotions, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

In my free time I enjoy dancing, raising two fantastic humans, and traveling!

My Approach

I believe that healing is a dynamic and individualized process. My approach integrates movement, mindfulness, expressive arts, and mental health coaching to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I create a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, process trauma, and develop meaningful coping strategies.

Dance/movement therapy and mental health coaching offer a unique way to reconnect with the body, manage stress, and create lasting emotional balance.

I help clients not only process past trauma but also develop practical skills for everyday life, promoting overall mental well-being.
